Often mangers focus on Minor tasks (economic needs, bookkeeping, personal needs), while the key ones (working with Customers, Sales, Projects Performance, Services quality, Business growth) are ignored.

WILL -

The Will is an intended focusing of energy on Action even if it requires an all-out effort.

 

Feelings

 

FEELING -

Feeling is the simpliest mental process, based on reflection of separate qualities of objects and phenomena by perception

Receptor cells are sensitive nerve endings which respond to stimulus in external environment and initiate sensory transduction by creating graded potentials.

The process is accompanied with initiation of the simpliest mental phenomenon - the feeling.

Some human receptor cells are united into more complex organizations - the sence bodies. A human being has eyes - to see, ears - to hear, the vestibular system - to keep balance, the nose - to smell, the tongue - to taste.

However receptor cell can not only make a whole organ, but be dispersed ath the whole body surface. These are receptor cells purposed for feeling temperature, pain and for tactile sense. Also there is a lot of receptors which are hidden inside our body: receptors of pressure, etc."


 

PERCEPTION -

Perception is a continuous actibity of human brains, directed on classification and decoding of information, incoming from organs of sence. All our responses to external stimuli depend on how we percept events and outer signals. Efficient and adequate actions in different situations are often distinguished by perception.

Ability to percept often can be decreased or completely bloked due to fatigue, inefficient training or focusing on secondary signals.

There can not be to people simultaneously who can percept the same object or phenomenon similarly. Some people percept events and situations in the whole, others prefer splitting them into fragments. One have well developed visual perception, others the tacticle one.Many people can combine different kinds of perception or change from one to enother. In order to develop own perception skills one needs choose which one is more acceptable for him and focus on its training.

Perception is often the first link in the sequence of action.

Before to response on an event one must percept it and think of necessity to response. There are four perception stages:

detection
of incoming information that there is an external stimulus.
identification of difference between various types of stimuli.
recognition of known features of the stimulus.
association with a certain action.

 

Mental image

 

MENTAL IMAGE -

Creation of the mental image of processes, objects, phenomena, which are at the moment not stimulating the human's sence organs.

Mental image

is something that was either seen before or is wanted to be seen and is at the moment of creation of the mental image.

The process itself is an attempt to see something or imagine

It is rather close to the term "imagination".

Imagination

 

IMAGINATION -

"Imagination is the process of forming of mental images and events which are not stimulating human sence organs at the moment.

Images also can be formed basing on the past experience, intuition and logic.

 

 

 

Emotions

Emotions are the mirror of the soul.

A man is usually conducted not by mind, but by emotions

EQ is an emotional quotient.
"emotional intellect".

Directors must be able to read emotions and use the incoming information on profit for him self and the others.

They must also try to evoke emotions (an interest, joy, surprise)

Negative emotions destroy business.

In turn, positive emotions together with mind can not only improve employees' skills, but also company's income, as well as abilities to socialize and communicate, which is very important not only within the company, but also in routine life!
